Pets on Broadway, a thriving pet retail business, is seeking an experienced Epicor Eagle Consultant to support the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of our new ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead or assist with Epicor Eagle system setup, configuration, and data migration
• Customize modules to align with retail operations including POS, inventory, purchasing, and reporting
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and provide user training
• Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring smooth day-to-day functionality
• Optimize workflows and recommend best practices tailored to our multi-location retail environment

Requirements

• Proven experience with Epicor Eagle in a retail setting
• Strong understanding of POS and inventory management systems
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
• Familiarity with pet retail is a plus
